MEET TOM
I’m a singer songwriter / photographer who tells heartfelt stories about the joys, trials and tribulations of being human.
Growing up, music was my passion. In college, I majored in music & had dreams of one day working in the music industry.
After a brief stint working at Sony Music in NYC, I realized that the business side of music wasn’t for me. Around that time I found a passion for visual art and took a musical hiatus as I built up my photography career.
Recently, after a call with a mentor, something inside me awoke—all of the sudden I felt a sudden calling to bring music back into my life.
That calling became this passion project; my upcoming album titled The California Side.
Titled after an inside joke between my now wife and I (during our second date on the top of the Empire State Building, I referred to where the sun was setting as “The California Side” of the sky), the songs on this album are a musical diary that showcase some of my current hopes, dreams and fears.

A work in progress, this album is a deep labor of love, combining a few of my artistic passions—the songs are written, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by me.
I photographed and created the artwork and dreamed up the music videos. In this day and age I feel like it also should be said—no AI or external creative tools were used to generate any of the creative components of this album—it’s a true passion project!
